January 2006 The house gets a new roof, we buy new appliances and the downstairs bathroom is finished. There is some work to do in the upstairs bathroom. There is some rotten wood in the floor, where the shower has splashed on the floor over the years, I guess.

Some rotten wood in the floor.	New architectural shingles on the roof.	New Fridge is delivered. Stove is installed.
New ceiling fan installed.	New light fixture in the kitchen.	New washer and dryer. Aint that a cool color? Its different, I like it.
Bathroom finished for the most part.	Just have to install the shower head.	Finished except for towel racks and curtains.
