This is a large collection of pictures took on the same day. I borrowed a digital camera so the quality is much better than the previous ones. I have since bought my own digital camera and I have a collection that is over is almost over 300 pictures now. But I have already taken the body off the chassis and cut out the drivers side floor pan in the first set of pictures.

This set shows how rusty the floor was and also the typical hole under the battery. aslo it shows that I have cleaned up the trunk area and painted it. I completely removed the wiring harness from the front and painted the trunk area, and I have started to straighten out the mess of the wiring harness.

Below - The body is sitting on the floor almost. It is sitting on some 2x6's. It will sit he for a while until I get the pan all finished, then I will work on the heater channel replacement.

You can see some of the heater channel rot in this series

Temporary patch is still in place, and you can see I have some work to do on the bulkhead also.

Just some shots of the front end and of some of the heater channel rot. Also there is my front end adjusters that are welded into place. I have a new beam that I am going to install. This one is damaged pretty bad from some rust out in the lower shock towers.

This series shows how the bottom of the heater channel is rusted completely out. This is going to be some major surgery to get this area fixed. I will order some new heater channels and I will have to cut them out and weld in the new channels.

The last series of pictures show that I have filled in the stock antenna hole and stock mirror hole Also it shows some previous owner butchery. The decklid spring holder and the area under the vents is hacked out. An aftermarket oil cooler was installed into this location and I think that this will be difficult to repair. Also I have to repair the decklid hinge plate, as the original metal was fatigued and cracked causing the deck lid to sag and impossible to line up correctly. Also some of the wiring harness I started to make just so I could get the lights and such to work correctly, adds a nice appearance also.
