This is where it gets interesting... I am just starting to cut out the rear quarter panel area. I have drilled out all the spot weld and used an air chisel to break away the welds. Notice the door stays closed. It needs to... it the door was to open the body would sag horribly and it would be a nightmare to line evereything back up. This is another reason to do one side at a time! It was a real pain to get at some of the areas around the door pillars and the bulkhead. But I got that rusty sucker out of there. All I have to do know is go on a rust hunt hunt and clean all this area up so I can start to fit in the new heater channel!
